Annual school donation
Our annual school donation is $200 per child. We are happy to accept instalments too. Your donation helps fund that 'little bit extra' for our tamariki. All donations are voluntary. Your donation helps fund extra learning resources and opportunities for our children. Our school bank account number is 060561-0017355-00. Please let Jillian know if you are paying by automatic payment. In the 'references' box please clearly state your child's name.
Hours and absence
School runs from 8:55am to 2:55pm. Children need to be at school by 8.50am so they have time to settle into their school day.
Children are supervised from 8:30am to 3pm.
Lunch time is 12:25pm (12:15pm for Montessori) to 1:25pm.
We expect children to be at school unless they are sick, or there is a special family event or emergency. We would prefer that children have holidays during holiday times, and ask parents they endeavor to do this. The principal does understand that there are times when family circumstances necessitate a trip being booked during term time and, along with the class teacher, would appreciate advanced notification if this is the case.
Other absences are reported to the Ministry of Education as unjustified.
