Te Kura o Otari Parents' Committee plans a number of fundraising events and community building activities throughout the year. The money we raise is used for things that are not covered by the Operational Grant from the Ministry of Education; things like technology in the classroom and development of the school environment.
Annual fundraising activities include:
- The Twilight Fair
- Movie
- Quiz Night
- School Disco
- Chocolate sales
- Sale of children's art calendars and diaries
- Sale of Entertainment Books
- Collection of Yummy fruit stickers
We would love to hear from you if you would like to join the team! We would especially like to have parents from all strands involved. We meet once a month but it is not necessary to come to all the meetings, or any of the meetings.
